This individual fulfills the role of technical support for HR functions and assists non-HR departments regarding HR, Benefits, and Payroll processes within UKG. As the HRIS Analyst, they are the go-to expert for ensuring data integrity and continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address day-to-day HR inquiries and requests via the HR Technology mailbox.
- Document procedures, create work instructions, and support client groups in their execution.
- Ensure compliance with internal control requirements for HR systems.
- Uphold data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems by conducting audit reports, investigating errors, identifying recurring trends, and implementing corrective measures.
- Collaborate within a team on larger HRIS projects and independently handle smaller projects as necessary.
- Assist in testing and defining test criteria based on business needs and user requests. Configure and deploy UKG enhancements and new system functionalities.
- Develop and maintain organizational charts within UKG and coordinate chart updates with HR leadership using tools like Adobe or Visio.
- Participate in application upgrades and provide training and technical support to end-users.
- Engage and communicate with HR leadership as required.
- Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.
