Working directly with the CEO, we need to bring on a Sales Manager that can develop, implement, and grow the sales pipeline (B2B/B2C). This is an incredible opportunity to take control of the Sales vision and help elevate the company to the next tier of growth and expansion.

Job Description:
- Develops proposals and presentations with sales and engineering team for presentation to customers.
- Interfaces with customer engineering and end-user contacts during project concept design and analysis phase
- Performs required data analysis to understand customer business requirements to build concept designs
- Organized with a clear view of the company goals.
- Willing to ask hard questions and push from within
- Technical knowledge of our product
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Systems Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience, nice to have not required.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through effective account management
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions to customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-10 years of experience
- Proven experience in outside sales and acquiring new customers, upsell existing customers sales; preferably in a leadership role
- Sales experience in a manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in maintaining CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for business development
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
- Demonstrated success in outside sales and building strong customer relationships
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to travel 10-25%
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
