What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Manager position at Fun Run?
Fun Run’s not just another Indoor Inflatable Center; we offer fun and imagination together for ages 1-12 years old!
Fun Run offers plenty of space with over 10,000 square feet of open play room and lots of options for your child's next birthday party. With the variety of different activities such as, arcades, a café, Fun-Run Pet Store, inflatables, imagination village, skymaze, and toddler Area; kids will want to stay and play for hours.
**We are looking for an additional weekend manager to work either every weekend or every other weekend opposing schedule of our current weekend manager(s). This posting is for the LIBERTY, MO location. **
Previous Management or Lead Experience Preferred
Working the facility during our peak times on Saturday and Sunday.
Schedule will fluctuate pending the schedule for birthday parties each week.
Saturdays during our busy times/birthday parties: 10-5:30; 11:00-6:00; 11:30-6:30, 12-7, 1-7. Sundays during our busy times/birthday parties: 11:00-5:30; 11:30-6:00; 12-5:30 **Schedule would shift between these times pending when the parties are schedule**
-Strong focus on upkeep of the equipment and facility throughout the day.
-Ability to multi-task including cleaning, customer, service, food handling and other activities. Must be physically fit to stand for prolonged periods of time in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to climb through and into inflatables and other equipment.
-Check customers in and enforce rules of the facility for safety of all patrons.
-Ability to oversee birthday parties and employees to ensure all activities run smoothly.
-Ability to resolve and handle conflict or issues that may arise during peak business times.
-Strong verbal, written and mathematical skills required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
