The opportunity
The primary function of this job is to supervise employees during their shift and make sure that they complete their tasks and are motivated to work effectively. Shift supervisor skills include contributing to the production strategy by knowing the business goals and how to achieve them. You’ll also act as a reference point for employees and customers, ready to fix problems that occasionally arise. Position reports to the Production Manager.
The requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent years of work experience in a manufacturing/Industrial environment.
- Working 12-hour shift from 7:00 pm - 7:00 am on a 2-2-3 schedule
- Must have 2 years management experience
- Must have basic computer skills
