To support our team of dedicated attorneys, we are seeking a highly organized and skilled PART TIME REMOTE Associate to assist our staff.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Administer trusts; prepare estate administration documents
• Preparation and review of accounts, estate tax returns, and gift tax returns
• Oversee court matters from the filing of a petition to recieving filed order from the court.
• Attend Court proceedings, remotely or in-person as needed.

Requirements :

• 2 years’ experience in trusts and estates.
• Be able to support estate planning, trust, and probate practices.
• Excellent organization, computer skills and math skills
• Ability to analyze facts and discovery to apply to statutes and case law on point
• Member of the Connecticut Bar is required.
