A top bank in Northern Kansas is strategizing to add a Director of Retail to its team. This is a favorite client with a Retail VP or SVP Level opening due to retirement.
The exciting Servant Leadership cultured team with long tenure of its movers and shakers has a rare opening for a VP of Retail Oversight, on-site in the Kansas market.
Relocation will be considered. This Retail Officer level Director role works directly with both the C-suite and has a place at the table with strategy, training, product development and roll-out, and managing the team! There is a strong ESOP and work-life balance respect.

The Role :
- Oversight of multiple Market Retail Leaders (basically 3 markets, multi-branch)
- Administration of Branch functions, including training, resources, and when required, day-to-day branch ops
- Facilities oversight
- Oversight of Compliance related internal controls, audits, etc.
- Review and approve or deny unusual transactions, identify fraudulent activity
- Work with vendors when appropriate as subject matter expert in the realm of duty
- Coordinating with Information System Director for the physical security of premises
- Public relations for community involvement and business opportunities
- Build a network of clients through team leadership and example
Requirements :
- Leadership history; ability to build / grow / lead people and the team.
- Growth of deposits and sales history
- 10-20 years in banking progression history desired
- Budgeting, metrics, goals
