Job Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming inquiries and schedule showings
- Collect applications
- Negotiate lease renewals
- Reach monthly goals
- Determine your own hours and earnings
Candidate Requirements :
- Ohio Real Estate License (preferred)
- Reliable Transportation
- Strong Sales skills or Experience
- Experience in Property management or related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Focus and Determination
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great attention to detail

Experience level :
- 5 Years of Leasing Agent experience with large commercial or residential property preferred.
- Commercial Real Estate experience a plus.
- Real Estate brokerage experience / license a plus.
- Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Document drafting experience, including redlining, and comparison features.
- Ability to handle a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Team player but can work independently.
Schedule : Monday to Friday (Weekends as needed)
Work setting : In-person / On-Site
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year depending on experience
