Urgently seeking a Sales Representatve for a growing ag parts company!
The Sales Representative is the voice of the company, providing exceptional customer service to the agriculture industry.
This person will be responsible for taking customer orders while providing accurate answers to customers' questions and helping them find a solution to meet their needs.
Job duties :
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service.
- Use knowledge of agriculture equipment to help find solutions to customer needs.
- Correctly identify parts and understand schematics.
The ideal Sales Representative candidate will bring :
- Well-rounded knowledge of tractors, combines, planters, and tillage equipment.
- A strong mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the internet.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A high school diploma is OK.
