Position Responsibilities:
- In conjunction with CFO, lead the execution of financing and joint venture transactions including: marketing for and sourcing of external capital (debt and equity), term sheet negotiation, documentation review, management of external parties’ due diligence processes, post-closing abstracting and internal communication.
- Benchmarking and profitability analysis – Calculation of investment performance measurement; responsible for financial and profitability analysis.
- Partnership Documentation – Review and analysis of partnership structure and formation; review joint venture documentation; maintain minority interest and waterfall calculations.
- Loan Administration – Review and analysis of loan documentation, covenants and reporting status.
- Miscellaneous – Provides analysis and implementation for derivative transactions; assists CFO capital scenario planning, reforecast project returns, review counterparty credit
- Partner with Senior Portfolio Manager’s processes related to portfolio reporting, business planning/budgeting and other company improvement projects
- Perform economic and market research to gather and interpret pertinent data such as economic forecasts, capital markets pricing and trends, interest rate forecasts, employment acitivty, and real estate market fundamentals.
- Special projects to support business objectives including contrbuting to strategic planning
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 7-10 years’ experience; commercial real estate preferred
- Strong Excel skills required
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to independently move throughout the office and continuously perform essential job functions.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
