What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager position at Harper's Garden?
We are searching for the perfect Manager to add to our established team at Harper’s Garden, our high end indoor/outdoor concept located in Rittenhouse which has just expanded its indoor dining, outdoor patio and has an additional event space in the pipeline. We are approaching our busy Holiday season and looking for an immediate hire to jump in and join our team.
The ideal candidate for this position will bring new and collaborative ideas to the table, is a self starter with excellent attention to detail, has excellent food and beverage knowledge, a passion for the industry, superior service standards and will become a solid to the General Manager.

- a person who solves problems rather than merely identifying them, a quick thinker with a “can do” attitude
- someone who has administrative experience and computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel) and experience using various POS platforms, A for Dolce and ADP experience or knowledge
- someone who has full time availability (five days) including evenings and weekends
- someone who wants to grow and advance in our growing company, but has a willingness to put in the the time to gain the tools necessary for promotion
- a person who possesses relevant restaurant experience (4 years in quality establishments)
