We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to work with a manufacturing facility in Rolla MO. Relocation will be considered.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development,The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain records of employee performance, attendance, and benefits.
- Manage employee relations issues.
- Conduct employee onboarding and training.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Safety training and worker's compensation administration
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Supervisor or Generalist within a manufacturing environment.
- Degree in HR or Business is preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
