As a Sourcing Recruiter, You will collaborate and share knowledge across the Hiya portfolio. Building relationships with key stakeholders, maintaining a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and being persistent in delivering a world-class service are all attributes that are required for this role. 

The key focus for you as a Sourcing Recruiter is to execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on passive candidates, with the aim of high quality, cost effective and timely filing of roles. You will work closely with the Recruiting Manager to provide input into sourcing strategy and real-time feedback on sourcing strategy effectiveness. This role includes scheduling for the recruiting team as an auxiliary function. 

Reporting into the Recruiting Manager, you will assist in driving best practice sourcing and scheduling strategies and strive to be an ambassador for Hiya.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Partner with Recruiters and hiring Managers in order to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood, ideal talent profiles are created to meet business needs, and ensure all parties remain informed and engaged with the progression of recruitment for the roles

• Grow talent pools for technical skill sets across the Company using innovative sourcing channels and techniques to find top talent including complex internet searches, social media, talent database mining, diversity resources, and networking

• Screen Candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge by reviewing resumes.

• Educate Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and Employees on sourcing strategies, resources, and tools

• Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the competitive recruiting landscape including technical skill, demand for talent, resource availability, knowledge of competitive companies, and compensation plans in order to influence recruiters, hiring Managers, and HR Business Partners.

• Use effective talent marketing communication strategies to build campaigns and messaging to potential prospects in targeted talent pools

• Assist with the writing, editing, and posting of requisitions, job descriptions, and general screening questionnaires by ensuring compliance and consistency and strategically posting to available talent platforms

• Schedule candidate interviews throughout the hiring process

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 1 years of experience as a sourcer, sourcing recruiter, or full cycle recruiter
• Experience managing multiple pipelines of candidates across an organization 
• Experience utilizing an ATS system preferably Greenhouse.
