Job Description: RV Service Technician
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated RV Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RV maintenance and repair, with a focus on providing top-notch service to our customers. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of recreational vehicles to ensure they are in excellent working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on RVs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure RVs are safe and operational.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Install and repair RV accessories and appliances.
- Work with office manager to communicate repairs needed and provide accurate estimates for customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Keep detailed records of all work performed and parts used.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in RV technology.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an RV Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Certification or formal training in RV repair is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
