Our client is hiring an HR Manager for a Full-time position in Old Bridge, NJ.
As a, HR Manager high visibility, high-impact role with the responsibility to provide the full range of day-to-day and project HR support for the organization. Reporting to the VP of Operations the HR Manager will direct and coordinate all human resources activities including training, staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and recruitment company-wide.
Description
- Supply and screen candidates through various sources and platforms
- Carry out interviews
- Create new and innovative ways to attract new talent
- Improve employee retention
- Oversee various administrative duties as needed
- Be comfortable handing disciplinary actions and employee grievances.
- Draft offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters.
- Answer employee benefit-related questions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or relevant field a plus
- 3 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or relevant experience required
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.
