Hui Huliau Technology Services, a subsidiary of Hui Huliau, a Global Federal Government Contracting Firm, is seeking a Program Manager. This is a remote position.
The Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing the execution of government projects and programs from initiation to completion while juggling multiple priorities and deadlines. The ideal candidate communicates clearly and builds positive working relationships. The PM will provide direction, coordination, implementation, and control of specific government related projects while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Creating and managing long-term goals.
- Successfully collaborates in a blended work environment with civilian, military, and contractor personnel.
- Can conduct quantitative and qualitative program/project analyses such as earned value management.
- Known as a leader of people and/or projects and is trusted with a significant level of responsibility.
- Leads, coordinates, communicates, integrates and is accountable for the overall success of the program, ensuring alignment with critical agency priorities.
- Can think in big (long term strategic planning) and small (monitoring contract details) terms to deliver program requirements.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Analyzing program risks.
