Scope of Work:
Maintain the Awards Tracking System (ATS) web site information and companion database in order to provide a current compilation of information as well as an archive for projects. Serve as the focal point for NASA Aeronautics Program's NASA Research Announcements (NRAs) awards information, financial status, and reports.
Maintain timely communications with program/project personnel and provide assistance to the end-users. Update NRA awards information to reflect changes, e.g., performance end date, contact change, etc. Update NRA awards financial information and generate program/project reports at the beginning of each month. Maintain web site and database information to provide an archive for the program/projects.
Required Skills:
• Database administration / database development - Microsoft Access
• Data analysis within the NASA GRC project environment
• Program management support within the NASA GRC project environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including product interoperability
• Excellent communication skills; report writing
Desired Skills:
Ability to work independently
Education/Experience:
Computer Science or Computer Information Systems degree with the following level of education and experience:
• Master's degree and 5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience
• High School (HS) diploma or equivalent and 20 years of experience.
Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
