Starting Rate of pay: $15.78/hour
Shifts Available and Hours: Day shift 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate various tools, hammers, mallets, clamps, hand drill, debur etc.
- Help lifting and stacking desired products at a FAST PACE, through the entire work schedule.
- Pulling identified finished goods product from the yard to fill packing list.
- Visually inspect material for missed welds, missed cleanings and miswritten sizes from welding team.
- Keeping area and finished good storage area cleaned and organized.
- Operating different punch presses to process parts for the Shipping Dept.
- Cutting wood battens or blocks for the Shipping dept. when needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Heavy lifting (minimum 50lbs) required
- Minimum 6 months in Manufacturing environment
- Must have the ability to read a tape measure and use a calculator
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior machinery experience preferred
- Prior experience in Shipping department preferred
- Understanding of safety, quality, and production processes
- Prior Forklift experience
- Familiar with or experience with Aluminum welding process
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work with a team
