Recruiter (contract) - Open to remote work
A Recruiter at VF is on the front lines in the war for talent. You’ll use technology, market knowledge, and exceptional storytelling ability to bring top professionals into the process, and manage the relationship from start to finish. You'll provide a high level of talent acquisition partnership, knowledge of the market, and technical expertise to hiring managers and hiring teams to drive a best-in-class hiring process.
The Contract Recruiter is responsible for providing full lifecycle recruiting support across a function or brand utilizing VF’s Talent Selection Process, assessing talent, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers. You will provide an exceptional level of talent acquisition partnership to hiring managers and hiring teams, influence the hiring process, and educate hiring managers on market data and talent availability.
How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
Manage requisitions across brands and/or functions from individual contributor up to Director-level using VFs selection processes.
Ensure hiring managers are trained and capable of assessing talent with an inclusive mindset
Utilize our EVP in all communication touch points with candidates
Create and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
Build deep knowledge in specified brand/function and ensure candidate pipelines are strong. Maintain strong knowledge of the competitive markets and companies related to area of expertise
Educate hiring managers and interview teams on the Global Talent Selection Process and the Inclusive Hiring Guide, and hold team accountable for following it
Consistently drive I&D efforts and build diverse candidate slates for all open positions
Ensure a highly positive candidate experience for all candidates
Be a contributing member of the talent acquisition team, share ideas and drive innovation and efficiencies in the process.
Demonstrate ability to influence hiring teams and gain alignment on candidate calibration and recruitment process

Skills for Success
Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
3-5 years’ experience in recruiting, including proven experience managing recruiting processes through the utilization of an ATS.
Ability to influence at all levels and strong business acumen
Experience creating innovative sourcing strategies to identify talent at all levels
