Description
The Configuration Technician is responsible for the configuration of all devices placed at Client Offices.
These responsibilities include imaging of laptops and desktops, configuring VoIP phones, hardware testing/troubleshooting/warranty repair.
Testing new images/troubleshooting and reporting feedback to Tools Team for resolution.
Data backup, third party software installation.
Asset inventory/tracking as well as shipping & receiving.
The Technician will be working in active directory and must know basic LAN network connectivity.
Additional duties include creating procedures/documentation, updating, and closing tickets, as well as involvement in projects.
