Additionally, Systems Administrator II configures software and resolves technical problems. Monitors and maintains software licensing and maintenance agreements. May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. The Systems Administrator II gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
