Billing Clerk
Inceed has partnered with an established Law Firm to help find a skilled Billing Clerk to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Handling and processing high volume E-billing for clients, onboarding and setting up contact for billing with new clients, and communicating with clients to gather statements and handling conflict.
- Establishing and implementing client billing rates
- Assisting other employees (paralegals and assistants) on understanding client billing and rates
- High volume E-billing experience, preferably with 3E or Elite
- 2-5 years' experience working at a law firm
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Ability to communicate professionally with the internal team and external clients
- 37.5 hours a week
- Health and fitness stipend monthly
- Jeans on Fridays!
- M-F Onsite 8:30-6:00 (flexibility in hours worked)
