InCharge Logistics has an exciting Delivery Driver (P&D) opportunity in the Ash Fork, AZ area!! We are seeking experienced FULL TIME delivery drivers for Monday-Fridays. Only between 20-40 stops a day!

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Clean driving record
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug screen
- Provide own delivery vehicle - Personal vehicles must be either: trucks, vans, or medium/large SUVs
- Vehicle must be able to pass a safety inspection
We are looking for stellar applicants with delivery driver experience and have a passion for driving! We are preferably looking for:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to problem solve independently
- Self-motivated and has an upbeat attitude
-Comfortable driving long periods of time (depends on route assignment)
- Always holds high ethical standards
- Prior professional driving experience
- Prior experience representing a well-regarded consumer brand with professionalism
Duties:
- Receive daily route information from a centralized dispatcher via a company-provided handset
- Drive a company vehicle to perform pick-up/delivery service for FedEx Ground and for their customers
- Ensure quality of package delivery, including compliance with safety regulations, policies, and standards
- When handling perishables or other items requires specialized handling including, but not limited to, dry ice, clinical samples, and/or medical products
- Operate company vehicles according to applicable motor vehicle regulations, company policy, and auto insurance guidelines
- Ensure the proper upkeep and maintenance of the vehicle by conducting regular servicing and cleaning procedures
- Adhere to traffic laws and follow company accident procedures, vehicle safety policies and guidelines
- Follow and demonstrate proficiency with scanning packages according to prescribed procedures
- Maintain package delivery and vehicle maintenance logs
- All other duties as needed or required

- 10 hour shift
COVID-19 considerations:
All workers will be required to wear masks during work hours. This includes but is not limited to, picking up packages at the station, delivering, driving, and returning to the station. You will be responsible for sanitizing your work station (Van).
