Summary:
Working closely with the Human Resources Shared Services team, this role is responsible for delivering Human Resources training support to employees, managers and executives through efficient, scalable, and high-quality operational systems and processes. Offers superb customer service by exemplifying: Accountability, Integrity, Performance, Respect, Service, and Teamwork.
The Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for virtual instructor led training technical support within MS Teams training platform.
- Support multiple virtual trainings sessions a day by promoting hosts, setting up breakout rooms, etc. within MS Teams.
TOP 3-5 SKILLS Required:
- Experience with virtual meeting or training platforms (MS Team, Zoom), computer/technical experience and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Solid communication skills, both oral and written.
- Microsoft, Word, and technical skills.
- Demonstrates a strong customer focus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
- Ability to communicate well with employees at all levels in the organization.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
