Position Description:
The Marketing Specialist will be part of an existing high-performing team. This position will provide essential marketing support for each of Innovance’s companies, similar to working for a small ad agency with 5 key clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge, grow, and make meaningful contributions to a great organization, and a fun team. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple on-going projects and campaigns, have strong attention to detail, possess outstanding communication skills, and be able to work both collaboratively and autonomously. The role will be involved in developing written content for multiple marketing channels. Experience with digital marketing areas like SEO, web development and email marketing are a plus. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
Essential Functions:
· Shared responsibility of the creation and implementation of various digital marketing efforts.
· SEO management support for five different websites.
· Experience in PPC and other digital marketing tactics like remarketing and LinkedIn targeted campaigns.
· Experience in, or ability to learn Google AdWords. Ability to track progress with Google Analytics and then distill key trends and information to various business leaders.
· Technical ability to create and manage webforms, troubleshoot website related issues, troubleshoot integration issues between the website, CRM, and marketing automation.
· Highly skilled at copy writing for print, website, email marketing, newsletters, and social media.
· Experience in email marketing and marketing automation platforms, strategies, and analytics.
· Able to help create and execute Social Media strategies. This could include content creation, posting content, advertising, and re-marketing.
· Make content edits to existing websites.
· Reporting regularly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing on project status and ROI.

Requirements
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing for an advertising or PR agency or other large company with multiple concurrent projects.
· Experience in digital marketing; SEO, PPC, email marketing campaigns and other digital outreach methods.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Copy writing for multiple platforms is a mandatory requirement. The ability to quickly learn technical aspects of Innovance company products and capabilities to translate that into marketing messaging and copy.
· Technology skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS CRM, Social Media platforms and website content management systems like WordPress.
· A strong ability to set and prioritize goals, and then achieve them.
· Ability to multi-task within a team environment.
· Travel as needed to the Innovance companies, and on occasion tradeshows in support of the various companies.
· A positive can-do attitude that works well in collaboration with others and independently.
· Problem solving skills, and creative thinker, willing to offer ideas for improvement.
· Refuse to be satisfied with average performance.
· Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
Training Requirements:
· Applicable training will be completed by following the syllabi (Human Resources, Safety, Dynamics CRM, ISO) for each new hire and that will be verified by the Employee Orientation & Job Qualification form within the first 60 days of employment. Additional applicable training will be completed by following the individual’s assigned department training matrix.
· Follow training syllabus (Technical from above list). The effectiveness of training guidelines will be determined by employee knowledge and demonstration of learned concepts. Additional training after the first several weeks of on-the-job training will be determined by the Supervisor in preparation to operate on their own as needed. Any follow-up training will be evaluated and provided at the 60-day review or as deemed necessary for the position.
