Job Description:
Title: Project Coordinator
Duration: 7-months
Type: Fully onsite, 5 days/week (Monday-Friday)
Location: Orlando, FL
MUST HAVES:
- Valid DL – will be required to drive to other Disney locations on occasions within a 5 mile radius and will need to drive company vehicle.
- 3 years experience
- Microsoft Outlook
- SAP knowledge
- Basic support of projects from beginning to end
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- AA degree or equivalent work experience

- Ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Day To Day:
A major entertainment client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their organization. Responsibilities include:
- General ordering from SAP and other vendors, vehicle management, assisting with mail services, assisting with space planning, sending out communications, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, coordinating with other members of the Facilities and Operations team to complete tasks
- Coordinate with other members of the Facilities and Operations team to complete tasks related to tenant improvement, moves, billing, vehicles, mail, AV, and warehousing.
- Coordinate with vendors to bid work, conduct punch walks, ensure work is properly complete, and track billing.
- Assist in the coordination of internal labor to support day to day operations.
- Other administrative projects as assigned.
Compensation:
$27/hr to $33/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
