Our organization is seeking a passionate and dynamic full time, permanent Data Analyst to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, financial analysis, and data analysis. This role will involve using cutting-edge technology and data analysis techniques to provide valuable insights that will drive our business forward. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret raw data from various sources, transforming it into valuable insights to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial reports to track and predict financial performance.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze large data sets.
• Use JD Edwards for data management and analysis.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Use PowerBI/Tableau to create visualizations and reports for non-technical team members.
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex data sets.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure data accuracy and quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in financial reporting and financial analysis.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with JD Edwards is a must.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes.
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
