Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the division's operations, including management, transportation, productivity, and production.
- Ensure the division complies with all safety regulations and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage the division's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness.
- Plan and implement effective programs, promoting environmental sustainability.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage hauling operations and yard activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the division.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on waste management, transportation, or similar industry.
- Proven experience in budget planning and management.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Experience in hauling and yard management.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and regulatory requirements in the industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
