The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians in the development and implementation of innovative engineering solutions. As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge systems and processes, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the development and implementation of innovative engineering solutions
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge systems and processes
- Ensure that all engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address engineering-related issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Manage and optimize the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead initiatives to drive change and innovation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 10 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Experience with PLC systems and robotic automation
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- Experience in the engineering industry is preferred
