Position Summary
Are you a web design expert with code experience? Our marketing and development team is looking for a full-time web design wizard to help us create new websites, launch new applications and products, and solve problems for a variety of partners and products. This is a full-time position with an established company. Fully benefited position with flexible, hybrid-remote schedule. Tucson based candidates preferred.
Must haves:
Expert in WordPress design and implementation
Knowledge of API integration and structure is critical
Proficiency with PHP, JavaScript, HTML, Modern CSS, basic jQuery
Ability to work productively with graphic design and back-end software developers
Thorough knowledge of best of breed plugins and tools
Strong design aesthetic
Problem solving attitude
Organized and strong attention to detail
Experience with codeless and low code app development tools
A desire to push the envelope
A good collaborator with a positive approach
Strong written communication skills
Nice to haves:
Knowledge of WordPress plugin creation
Experience with headless CMS systems
Knowledge of DNS, SSL and web hosting
Proficiency with C#, VB, TypeScript, JavaScript Frameworks such as React or Vue
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices
Knowledge and experience with marketing platform integration
Payment processor integration
Experience with WordPress multisite and other modern content management systems such as Sanity.io and Strapi
