We are in a period of growth and in search for a Billing Assistant to join our regional office located in Nephi, Utah.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the billing, adjustments, reconciliation, balancing, research, and customer service-related activities supporting the company’s operations.
- Monitor work responsibilities and running requested reports.
- Comply with company and departmental policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Utilize systems and tools to achieve department objectives.
- Build strong relationships with team members both internally and externally to promote company goals.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or three years of invoicing, billing experience.
- Highly organized and attentive to details.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial records and other information.
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Efficient in multitasking, dealing with others in a professional manner.
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience with NetSuite preferred.
- Proficient with office equipment including 10-key, keyboarding, scanners.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and recordkeeping preferred.
