Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Successfully leads the accounts receivable team.
- Leads Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance efforts.
- Coaches, counsels, and evaluates associate performance.
- Develops talent within the organization.
- Monitors credit risk.
- Sets up new customer accounts.
- Conducts regular credit evaluations.
- Tracks cash receipts.
- Maintains professional relationships with both external and internal customers.
- Oversees credit and cash management activities.
- Reinforces internal controls.
- Champions initiatives for process improvements
- Manages relationships with external and internal auditors to facilitate timely completion of audit procedures.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc forecasting reports, including cash flow.
- 8-10 years of experience and at least 4 years of managerial experience in credit and collections.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Technology skilled. Strong Computer literacy in Microsoft office applications and working knowledge of any major ERP system is required.
