Kelly is assisting a leading provider of transportation, logistics, and related services, headquartered in Green Bay, WI with a temp to hire Systems Specialist position. For this position someone with an IT background is a MUST!

The basics of working as Systems Specialist include:

  • Ensure accurate business data records (enter, update, maintain)
  • Maintain system data
  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly business system process that support department employees on various software applications
  • Monitor systems request queue and mailboxes & respond to customer request in a timely manner
  • Understand business processes and implications of integrations and configuration changes
  • Provide back-up support to other customer groups supported within the team
  • Coach leaders and associates on business systems issues where assistance or education is needed
  • Maintain work instructions
  • Conduct systems data audits
  • Perform light Intranet publishing
  • Create and run reports as needed
  • Other duties as identified
