Description
Mission:
The mission of the Kitting Stager is to help keep a smooth-running flow of the kitting operation. Stager will work closely with Kitting DC and the leadership team to make sure all standards are upheld. This includes making sure all the correct product is staged, being properly scanned when moved into the staging lanes, and ensuring the quantities are correct.
Key Outcomes (KPI’S):
Outcome: Kitting jobs are being staged in a timely manner
- Prioritize what jobs to stage according to their urgency
- Assist with any special request that will help the kitting operation
- Pull the correct number of units per the work order
Outcome: Accurate inventory, both physically and systematically
- Learn the basics of AS400 and D365 to help assist with inventory correction
- Make sure the product that is physically staged also reflects what the system shows is there
- Ensure that the inventory does not go in to a negative
- Keep the KIT location clean and corrected daily
- Ensure all rack locations are cleared of skids and debris daily

- No taking short cuts and respecting the tapped lines on the floor or the staging lanes
