Position: Manager/Coach

Our programming is backed by the science of Occupational Therapy through a partnership with Temple University’s school of OT. We use play based learning and OT to work on achieving important mind, body, and character milestones. Our team consists of individuals who are occupational therapists, child development experts, former athletes, and entrepreneurs looking to grow this brand.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, Train and Develop coaches and staff
- Make calls to marketing leads to invite new guests to try our classes
- Coach a minimum of 12 classes per week
- Assist with special events and coordination; i.e. camps, birthday parties, marketing events, etc.
- Enable teams to reach membership and revenue goals
- Train all employees on sales and operational procedures
- Model all studio activities through self-involvement (lead by example)
- Customer service – responds promptly to studio needs, responds to requests for service and assistance, meets commitments and resolves member and staff issues completely.
- Project management – coordinates assigned task workflow, communicates changes and progress, completes projects on time
- Lead weekly KPI meeting and leadership calls
- Create and maintain coach class schedule
Qualifications/Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of previous sales and customer service experience.
- Minimum 2 years of management/leadership experience.
- Experience calling leads/prospects and booking trials.
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including at least 1 weekend day per week.
- Understanding of all performance metrics (KPI's), revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance.
- Experience with software (member management and CRM) preferred; i.e MindBody
- Must have the ability to multitask, manage client and staff concerns, and be a self-starter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
- Previous management experience with children or fitness industry strongly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
