Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare for service (chopping vegatables, butching meat, prepare sauces, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
- Assist with menu planning and development.
- Supervise kitchen staff during shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Proven ability to supervise and lead a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
