LA FITNESS is looking for high level talent in our club. We are constantly looking to upgrade and scout the top talent in the fitness industry. Currently, we are looking to acquire candidates who we can quickly grow into a club manager.
A Sales Management Trainee is a new is a new position that allows you the freedom to work with multiple different department heads, however primarily with the General Sales Manager.
Responsibilities Include:
- Marketing/Promoting the club
- Free trial membership distribution
- Generating memberships through internal/external/digital marketing efforts
- Working front desk (answering phone calls, greeting members, etc.)
- Club pride (making sure club is constantly clean, friendly and well maintained)
Based on performance, club promoters will have the opportunity to enter the fast track sales management program in which the average manager is on pace to make $70,000 this year.
