Qualifications:
This position requires individuals to be self-motivated, persistent, and able to perform at a fast pace. We do not cold call.
- Previous Automotive BDC experience highly preferred
- Proven ability to provide clients with a first call resolution
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and adjust as needed for each customer
- Bilingual English/Spanish – A PLUS

- Compensation: $18 per hour
- Bonus Eligibility: Yes, this position is eligible for a discretionary bonus opportunity based on performance or other extenuating circumstances and as approved by management.
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual compensation offer will consider a wide range of factors to include location and experience.
