What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teller position at Lakeside Bank?
Reports to: Branch Manager (Floating between Moss Bluff and Sulpur)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Paying and receiving transactions
- Assisting customers with their account needs
- Preparing and receiving cash shipments
- Maintaining all logs and teller work, ensuring all work is balanced and scanned at the end of the day
- Providing excellent customer service and help maintain a positive attitude and work environment behind the teller line
- Answering phones to assist customers
- Any other duties as assigned by management
Knowledge, skills and abilities: Previous banking experience preferred, customer service experience preferred, strong PC skills including Excel and Microsoft word.
