Job Description: Marketing Specialist
$45,000-$75,000 depending on experience
REPORTS TO: CEO
Overview: Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy for a growing event production company. The Marketing Specialist will oversee all marketing efforts at LEMG.
Key Objectives:
- Create and maintain annual marketing calendar while overseeing marketing around calendar events
- Standardize marketing collateral
- Create and maintain marketing scorecard tracking marketing efforts
- Integrate marketing efforts with CRM and sales team
Qualifications
- Marketing: 2 years (required)
- Experience building and implementing a B2B marketing strategy for a small business
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads through digital marketing, SEO and PPC strategies
- Proven ability to measure and correctly analyze effectiveness of marketing efforts
- Experience with popular CRM systems
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and other content creation tools a plus
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar that includes digital strategy, social media, events, go-to-market materials, creative and messaging.
- Execute the development, implementation and prioritization of demand generation programs. This includes automated nurture, drip and other marketing emails and publications, search engine optimization, social media presence and website content.
- Produce high-quality web copy, white papers, blogs, case studies, email marketing messages, and presentation content.
- Coordination and execution of online and offline marketing content
- Work closely with the Sales team to develop and manage cross-functional initiatives focused on lead generation
- Track, analyze and account for the effectiveness of each lead generation campaign; identify areas for improvement. Create reports leveraging Google Analytics and social media analytics tools
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement key performance metrics to measure the programs’ impact and effectiveness
