We arelooking for someone who will be responsible for gathering andentering information into Excel and other programs ensuringaccuracyalways.
- Ensuresaccurate data entry
- Able to provideexcellent customer service
- Adept incorresponding professionally both by telephone andemail
- Attention to detail inrepetitive work e.g. checking websites for deliveryorders
- Able to prioritize workloadwith strong organizationalskills
- Assisting others indepartment when needed
- Willing tolearn
- Answer phone calls and directthem to the appropriateindividual
- Complete interoffice mailruns on a rotating basis
- Mustmaintain a positive outlook and be a teamplayer
- Proficient use of MicrosoftOffice applications
Otherduties as assigned
Requirements
- Musthave knowledge of Excel
- Data Entryaccuracy of 100%
- Must be able totype 5060 words per minute
- One yearsprevious customer service experiencerequired
- Previous experience in thetransportation industry preferred but notrequired
- Knowledge of local Ports orfamiliarity with imports and exports aplus
- Strong communicationskills
- Ability to workindependently
