LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with an Electronic Parts Supplier located in Woodland Park, NJ.
We are seeking a PART TIME Accounting Clerk!
Hours: 20-25/hr a week.
Pay: $22-$24/hr
Location: 100% on site- Woodland Park, NJ.

Accounts Receivable:
Customer Cash Application-Lockbox & Wires
Creating Deduction / Chargebacks
Apply AR adjustments- Credit & write Offs
Apply Keyoffs
Accounts Payable:
Coding vendor invoices
Processing vendor invoices(Trade and Non Trade invoices)
Coding & Process Travel & Entertainment reports
Processing vendor Payments(Check Payment)
Month End Close:
Making Journal Entries
Bank Reconciliation
Other Duties as assigned
Education & Work Experience:
Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance (Not Must)
3-5 years AR & AP accounting experience
Competencies:
Computer proficiency: complete familiarity with all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, plus a readiness to learn new customized software and systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bright, energetic individual with initiative, flexibility, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced business environment.
Dynamics 365 software experience is plus
Salary : $22 - $25
