Responsibilities:
Provide day to day assistance to Grant Managers and program staff
Maintain knowledge of federal regulations
Receive, file, log, and process all grant documents
Assist the Senior Grants and Contracts Manager with special projects
Maintain accurate documentation to ensure grants and contracts meet audit requirements
Prepare donor reports
Prepare files for audits
Generate reports on status of grants, contracts, and agreements
Assist with proposal and project development processes
Work closely with project teams to identify grants and contract needs
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in related field
3-5 years of grants management experience is preferred
Knowledge of rules and regulations for grants and cooperative agreements
Must have strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Employment Type: Contract, Full time
Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
Hourly pay: $25-$29
