Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and credit card transactions.
- Prepare and record journal entries with accuracy and proper documentation.
- Maintain and update financial records in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and account analysis.
