Job Description
The Opportunity
Territory Sales Manager role within an assigned geographical location with a focus on primary and secondary care. Reporting to the Regional Sale Manager this is a key role that is responsible for the developing, establishing and maintaining successful relationships with a portfolio of customers within the assigned geographical area. In this role you will focus on account management for our Point of Care (POC), Laboratory, and primary care market sectors.
The Role
- Lead sales and marketing activities in Point of Care (POC), Laboratory, and primary care market sectors in assigned geographical region
- Work with your line manger to develop existing prospects and convert to sales.
- Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain new customer relationships, e.g., Urgent Care Centres within the POC sector of the diagnostics industry.
- Ensure LumiraDX users within an assigned geographical location receive all the relevant clinical and practical knowledge to be able to use LumiraDx platform in the most effective way possible.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts, including tracking of key metrics, to your line manager and ensure your forward planning calendar is up to date and accurate.
- Attend and support a variety of sales events throughout the year as required.
- Maintain and track customer records using internal company systems such as NetSuite
- Other related reasonable tasks that will arise from time to time.
Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with high level skills in communication and organisation as well as the ability to be flexible and adaptable along with the following experience:
- Experience of field-based account management in IVD products or medical devices.
- Experience in delivering Product Training in the field
- Expert user of Microsoft Office suite and a CRM system, e.g., NetSuite
- Experience of working in a sales role and in a fast-paced, target driven environment
- Natural relationship builder with integrity and reliability
- Experience in delivering customer focussed solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a field based, results driven environment
- Flexibility in working style to meet business needs.
- Strong team worker
- Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of key stakeholders
