MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Big Box Removal T eam assists customers with finding their items. The entire removal team provides every winning bidder with exemplary service. The Big Box Team deals with larger items. This position reports to the Big Box Removal Team Lead.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
12pm - 8:30pm Tuesday/Thursday

This position reports to the Big Box Removal Team Lead.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Know how auction items are categorized
- Assist customers in finding their items
- Make customers glad they have won an item, to encourage them to continue bidding
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
- Must be available to work onsite Monday – Friday 8 hours with a half hour lunch break, hours to be determined by workload and General Manager
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds or more with team lift
- Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
- Must be highly organized
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be customer focused
- Healthcare after 60 days
