Marbled & Fin, the luxurious new concept in downtown Charleston, is locally owned and operated by The Neighborhood Dining Group (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and The James). The restaurant features sleek interiors and progressive menus with an unwavering focus on top-notch hospitality.
Our modern steak and seafood restaurant will have a focus on premium beef while also committing to refined, modern and creative local seafood and sides dishes. What we are looking for:
- A 1 years of cooking in an upscale-casual or fine dining environment
- Those who are detail-oriented and thrive in a meticulous environment.
- Someone with a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively with a sense of urgency.
- Clean and efficient knife skills
- Passion for food and the ability to follow recipes and guidelines.
- Knowledge of food and kitchen safety standards.
