Full Time : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm, Monday - Friday
Position Summary :
The Customer Experience Supervisor provides direction to the Customer Experience Agents on the Domestic order desk by assigning, directing and reviewing the work of staff.
Develop policies and procedures and ensure they are being followed.
Position Responsibilities : Have contact with customers concerning the following but not limited to : orders, quotations for consumables and spare parts, availability, return material authorization, expedite orders, questions concerning part number and / or quality problems, discrepancies on ordersComplete forms, reports and Oracle screens according to procedures in department manualEnter orders received via, phone, email and / or customer websiteComplete "Contact Information" form as needed and forward to Domestic Sales CoordinatorAssist outside sales personnel as neededScan and attached documents to OracleSort and distribute incoming orders / requests to staffSupervise Customer Experience Agents on day-to-day basisApprove Return Material Authorizations, request for credit, and sample requestsEnter internal requisitions and purchase requisitionsTrain new Customer Experience AgentsOther duties as required

Education / Certifications : High School Diploma or equivalent2 year degree preferred
