Initial clinic locations opening in River Oaks and City Centre with additional locations opening in 2024 and 2025.

Description:
We are looking for a caring empathetic leader with experience in managing a med-spa, alternative, functional, chiropractic, or integrative medical clinic to help our clients leverage the latest technology and science to improve their lives using non-invasive and effective whole body medical services.

Your role will be the Regional Manager and Clinic Director for Pur Life Medical clinics in the Houston inner loop. You will help us open our first clinics in River Oaks and City Centre, responsible for managing sales and operations focused on exceptional customer service, employee engagement, revenue and net income. Additionally, you will continue to help us open more clinics in 2024 and beyond. Opportunities for career advancement as we grow our business.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy planning assist the CEO and chief concierge in strategic planning, policies and development including membership, sales and profitability goals. Lead business development and planning for your clinics, including PL forecasting and fulfillment.
• Business Development - Lead business growth and operational maturity across Houston and set the bar for performance for delivering the most loved health experiences.
• Sales marketing lead a culture of sales aligned to delightful and effective customer services. Coordinate with CEO, chief concierge, and the external marketing team on sales programs and execution.
• Sales fulfillment develop and refine playbook on closing sales and enhancing recurring sales with customers. Train, monitor and coach staff on execution and operations. Orchestrate operations aligned to a sales fulfillment playbook to ensure exceptional customer healthcare experiences.
• Customer experience - lead customer experience operations and partner with our medical staff (MD, RN, MA) to ensure fulfillment of corporate goals. Establish and monitor work schedules and capacity management.
• Business operations ensure accounting and financial controls and execution of appropriate records management. Make bank deposits, maintain inventory and order supplies.
• HR Hire, manage, monitor, coach, and train clinic staff and maintain a team and customer focused culture of being the place everyone wants to be. Staff includes, customer concierge, medical assistants, RN. Medical staff will be hired in coordination with the clinic physician.
• Maintain a professional, clean and safe clinic environment for employees, members and guests.
• Continuous improvement and sharing of best practices with the Pur Life Medical Houston Area Business Council and Medical Council.
• Monitor review PL, goals and progress monthly with CEO.
• Lead by example be present, accountable and genuine. Teach and grow, your development is important as well.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Most importantly, must be passionate about care for our patients by delivering the most loved customer health care experiences.
• 5 years experience in general management of a med spa, wellness, or alternative healthcare clinic.
• 5 years sales and customer service, including demonstrable growth in customer sales, affinity membership retention programs. Proven experience with fast revenue growth.
• 3 years experience working with physicians and clinical staff
• 5 years experience managing business plans - budgets, forecasting and PL
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated and action oriented
• Strong customer service orientation
• Expert social media user. Experience working with social media influencers desirable.
• Keen attention to detail
• Accepts constructive feedback in a positive manner and uses it for learning and growth
• Experience with hormone and stem cell therapies helpful, not necessary, and can be trained by Pur Life Medical.
• Must be willing to join under a 1 year employment contract and then at-will employee afterward.
