What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Coordinator position at Mylo?
The HR Coordinator will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Leadership, and multiple business units to build proactive talent pipelines in support of the overall hiring process for critical areas of our business. This is an exciting opportunity to help scale our talent acquisition function and contribute to Mylo’s overall growth planning.
Responsibilities:
- Build and expand talent pipelines through execution of tactical research, sourcing campaigns, and market mapping
- Leverage sourcing expertise and relevant tools that deliver impact and support our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies, specifically targeting diverse audiences
- Perform second layer research on select, niche candidates including background, expertise, contact info, etc.
- Manage simultaneous, complex, high-priority searches, establishing deep understanding of role requirements and how to identify target profiles.
- Partner with a variety of internal business leaders to gain a deep, holistic understanding of our business, culture, growth plans and associated roles and how they all fit into our unique organization.
- Review applications and screen for minimum requirements; assist with initial candidate screenings and/or interviews, as needed
- Track, measure, and report on recruiting metrics (i.e., time-to-fill, source-of-hire, retention, etc.), to identify trends, evaluate success of recruitment strategies, and improve on the ability to achieve business goals.
- Assist with the development and implementation of candidate initiatives, such as our long-term pipeline management, vendor and community partnerships, onboarding/orientation process, internal communication, etc.
- Provide highly effective consultation and support to the Talent Acquisition, HR Leadership and Recruitment teams
- Adaptable and Flexible while maintaining a positive attitude
Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience in a sourcing-focused role within talent acquisition. Previous interviewing experience a plus.
- Direct experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and other Human Resource Management software
- Success utilizing data and analytics to inform and optimize recruiting strategies, influence business hiring managers and senior leaders, and understand market trends to inform decisions.
- Adaptable, independent, self-starter, creative, resourceful, organized and naturally curious.
- Track record for successfully researching, sourcing, and identifying elite talent at all levels.
- Comfortable supporting multiple recruiting teams while simultaneously working with multiple business units
- Data-driven and technically savvy with a background leveraging technology, applications, and social channels for sourcing various positions.
- Proficient in Microsoft platforms
