Home Care Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scheduling & coordination of services.
- Supervise caregiver performance & ensure a high level of care for the participants.
- Responsible for proper documentation of cases.
Skills:
- Prior customer service experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of HHAeXchange .
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Experience as a Home/Health Care Coordinator preferred.
Compensation based on experience and performance.
